- ensure our customers details are correct and can be contacted if required
Besides our staff, we share this information with:
- Board of Directorsin order to find a customer, return of keys, bond refund or debt owing to Linton Park Community Centre.
Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter personal contact details and the occasion you are booking for, we’ll be unable to hire the facility at your request.
We keep your information safe by filing in a storage that is locked daily and only staff or management access will be granted .
You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
