We have a private lockable boardroom area, perfect for quiet one-on-one bookings.
Booking Process
Booking with us is easy; you can do it via email, phone call, or reach out to us on Facebook.
Prices:
For weekend events:
Full day: 9am till 5pm $400
Half day: 9am till 2pm $250
Prices are for 1 room only, extra room incurs an extra cost, as does setting up the night before.
For weekday workshops or similar we charge $30 per hour of use.
After booking, our staff will coordinate key collection, payment, and provide any necessary information.
We offer convenient lock-box and drop-box options for hassle-free access.
Please note that we do not accept bookings involving alcohol, but we’re happy to assist you in finding a suitable alternative venue if needed.
Outdoor Spaces
We have three amazing garden/green spaces that are 20m square.
He Puawai
This was the lawn bowls area; we were left with a sand pit and now it is a thriving green space. We have volunteers using this space to grow kai.
The Flower Garden
This garden features an array of flowers and vegetables growing all-year round. It’s great for placing a large bouncy castle, gazebos or as an outdoor setting and bbq space for your event or function.
The Rimu Garden
This is where the community volunteers grow vegetables, which creates an awesome space for relaxing, picnics and planning new projects.
